PERMIT TO WORK - This system provides contractors with badges identifying the areas in which they have permission to work as well as logging their arrival, departure and whereabouts on site. Click here for more details

FORK LIFT TRUCKS - Safety Check system to ensure that all fork lift truck checks have been carried out.

KEY PASS - This system is designed to improve key security by controlling both issues and return of keys. Keys out are highlighted, a register of issues and return of keys created and a receipt provided on return of keys.

SAFE CUSTODY - Although not a standard "off-the-shelf" system this can be designed to meet the requirements of those who take documents and valuables into safe custody. It functions on a stand alone basis or in conjunction with specialised computer packages and has proved essential in keeping track of the movements - both in and out - of these important items.

DAILY INCIDENT LOGS AND LOST & FOUND SYSTEMS - The Lost and Found System identifies and records lost property and provides a receipt for the person finding the item. A notice recording details is attached to the item and a docket is issued to the person finding the lost property. The details have been recorded in the master register

RISK ASSESSMENT AND HAZARD REPORTING - Provides a formal method of recording risk assessment and hazard/near miss reporting, controls the allocation of corrective actions and ensures that all reported hazards are actioned and completed.

OUT OF HOURS SECURITY - Pocket sized system, identifies and highlights hazard/risk areas - Hot Work, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Electrical, as well as many more.

ACCIDENT REPORTING - A simple system which provides detailed information on all accidents, maintains an up-to-date register and highlights areas of recurring injuries and persistent accident locations.

CAR PARK PERMITS - Ensures all vehicles are properly authorised to park, provides a record of permits issued, helps identify "rogue" vehicles and monitors the issue and expiry of each permit. Can be designed to met individual requirement, in both self adhesive or vinyl format.
